GICLÉE PRINTS: WHAT are these?
Giclée (zhee-klay)
A giclée print is a high-quality fine art digital print. These prints are usually limited edition runs, meaning a specific number of prints will be created and then discontinued – no more, no less. Using the giclée printing method, limited edition prints are an economical but high-quality way to collect art.

- The printer I use is in a carbon-neutral facility with sustainably sourced equipment, recyclable packaging and recycled paper tape, and biodegradable bubble wrap.

All original artworks are shipped by the Store Owner via USPS. Each piece, depending on size and medium, will be shipped in protective, acid-free tissue and sturdy packaging. Shipped by a major logistic companies, depending on your area and shipment size, with most notably USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail. Sometimes collaborating with smaller regional companies is more effective in reducing your shipment time. Shipping prices will depend on the end shipment location. It is recommended to use a physical address as your shipping address, rather than a PO or APO/FPO box. Some products, such as framed posters, are not deliverable to PO Boxes or will cost additional postage fees. All products, except original artworks, are fulfilled by a third-party manufacturer. Shipments are sent by a major logistic companies, depending on your area and shipment size, with most notably USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail. Sometimes collaborating with smaller regional companies is more effective in reducing your shipment time. Other products may be shipped separately to protect the product, or they might be fulfilled by a different location. What if my order is damaged during transit?
If you experience misprinted/damaged/defective items, please submit the following information to Ashley Stuart within 10 business days after the product has been received. All returns must be approved by the store owner prior to shipping back. Any additional fees, such as shipping, are paid for by you, the Client.

What if my order is misprinted/damaged/defective?
All misprinted/damaged/defective items, other than original artworks, are fulfilled by a third party manufacturer and printed on-demand to reduce waste. Misprinted/damaged/defective items must be unused, brand-new, no damage or wear to be considered for action. The following address is for APPROVED RETURNS ONLY of misprinted/damaged/defective items. If you ship to this address without prior approval, your items will be discarded by the manufacturer without further action by the store owner and items plus costs will be lost. FRAMING
At this time, I do not offer framing services for original artworks. Some art prints are available framed. Offering artwork without frames is a way to assist my collectors in receiving artwork easily through the post, as well as have more control over their frame and matte choices to suit their home.
