Responsive CMS Website

Using the structure of the building and interior design components as inspiration, I designed the website to showcase grandeur, location, and amenities. Developed design strategies to solve the client's issues of decreased web traffic flow, missed information, and information dissemination.

• Integrated an interactive availability model with downloadable information, two 360˚ floor plan view, and an interactive amenity map.
• Assisted in photography of recently renovated spaces.
• Integrated SEO content throughout the site to increase traffic.
• Provided documentation and training to the marketing team for website management.

Website Architecture

Website architecture with the goal of streamlining available space, highlighting benefits of leasing, and bringing important information to the forefront.

360˚ Tour

Providing a 360˚ tour of an unfinished space gives lessors a blank slate to imagine.

Interactive Floor Space Availability

Designed an interactive availability tool using the building's exterior and overlaying available space (floor and sq. ft.). Viewers could download additional information and floorplans.

Photoshoot Assistant

Assisted the Creative Director with a photography shoot of two renovated spaces within the building. We placed people and gave direction for movements and found the right angles with lighting to showcase the space best.
