Franklin Court had recently updated the building to a higher standard and wanted to showcase all amenities to potential and current lease-holders. Created a re-freshed brand to modernize the logo slightly while still retaining the foundation of the known brand. A new website showcasing amenities within as well as outside the building was essential, but also integrated an interactive floor plan and 360˚ view section for potential lease-holders to view the property virtually.

The website design was inspired by the architecture of the building. The Marketing Manager of Lincoln Properties wanted to drive more traffic to the site. I suggested SEO integration and became the lead strategist on the SEO research, analysis, and implementation.
I am thrilled with it!! Thank you so much!" |
PhotographyFranklin Court had recently had building renovations completed. I assisted the Creative Director during a photo shoot. The new modern furnishings and updates were sleek, but to show the grand scale of everything we determined a need for people within the photo to show the space appropriately.
